"This experience was so much more than just cycling — it was a journey of sport, joy, and camaraderie that deepened our bond as riders while giving back to our beloved motherland. I'm incredibly grateful for the group of 70 riders from nine countries who took on this challenge together, and for the exceptional, meticulous organization that made the 2025 ride truly unforgettable. I can’t wait to return in 2026 — this time riding in tandem with my wife!"

"I was invited to take part in the annual Trek4Ceylon in 2025, as a member of the support team (when my husband was taking part as a rider). It was definitely hard work for those 4 days, but what an unforgettable experience! I was privileged to meet some of the most amazing people, all brought together for a cause close to so many hearts in the Sri Lankan diaspora: helping rebuild war-torn communities particularly in the north of the country. It also gave me the chance to discover beautiful Sri Lanka and its wonderful people. I would like to thank the organisers (who did an incredible job btw!) for the opportunity."
